Production Floor Update: Status of Carbon Steel Plate Orders

Recently, a batch of carbon steel plate orders from our company has entered the production phase. To ensure both production schedules and product quality are met, the international trade team visited the factory on March 31 to monitor production on-site.

On-site, our colleagues focused on verifying the following key points:

Production Schedule: Confirming the progress of current production stages with the workshop supervisor to ensure everything is proceeding according to plan;

Dimension Verification: Randomly selecting steel plates currently in production and using a tape measure to verify their width on-site, ensuring they match the specifications in the order;

Surface Quality: Visually inspecting the surface flatness of the steel plates and checking for any obvious defects.

The photos taken on-site accurately capture the factory’s production environment and the measurement process. Every detail we verify is intended to give our customers greater peace of mind upon delivery.

We will continue to monitor the subsequent production stages to ensure the order is delivered on time and to a high standard.
