China Stainless Output Dips, Imports Jump 59% in July
According to data from the Stainless Steel Branch of the China Iron and Steel Association, China’s crude stainless steel output in July fell slightly by 0.60% month-over-month, while imports surged 59.45% year-over-year. Exports and net exports declined year-over-year, and apparent consumption rose slightly by 0.98% month-over-month.
