Recently, Ansteel Group Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the upgrading and transformation project of the No. 4 bar production line at Lingyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.'s Special Steel Plant. This further deepens the collaborative cooperation with the Lingyuan Iron & Steel base and enhances the company's service capabilities and brand influence in the regional market.
As a key technological transformation project of Lingyuan Iron & Steel's Special Steel Plant, this project aims to comprehensively improve equipment production efficiency and product quality by upgrading key links in the existing production line, thereby enhancing the company's overall competitiveness in the special steel bar market. The main upgrades include online optimization of the rolling mill's transverse movement and grouping equipment, the addition of a packaging and collection device for the finishing line, and the replacement of key equipment such as the pressurized water system in the main rolling mill's hot saw. Upon completion, the upgrades will effectively improve the automation level and operational stability of the production line.
